Refund policy

Here's the updated returns policy:

Return Window You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item for a full refund to your original payment method.

Condition Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with tags attached. We cannot accept returns that have been used, altered, or damaged. Items must also be returned from the original shipping country.

How to Return Email us at contact@plainmaterial.com to start your return. We'll send you a return label and instructions. Please use the label we provide — we can't be responsible for packages lost when using an alternative courier.

Return Shipping Costs Returns are free worldwide. If returning from outside the UK or EU, please mark the customs form as a "return" and include your original invoice to avoid any additional duties or taxes.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your full refund — including your original shipping fee — within 10 working days.

Right of Withdrawal If you're based in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Contact us at contact@plainmaterial.com and we'll guide you through the process. This right does not apply to items that have been used, washed, damaged, or unsealed.

Proof of Postage Please keep proof of postage and your return date for your records.
